Member of the AGSD (Anti- Ghost Secret Department) are tasked to eliminate spectres, human who are possessed by evil spirits that causes great havoc in the future city of Neo-China. However, crisis strikes upon our main protagonist, Wang Yu, when he was possessed during a battle with a spectre. He was saved against his will by the control of the mysterious ghost that possessed him and asked to fulfill her wish by finding a person.
